About The Role
RadixArk is seeking a Solutions Engineer to help customers successfully deploy and optimize SGLang and Miles for their production workloads. You'll work directly with AI companies, research labs, and enterprises to design architectures, debug performance issues, and ensure they get maximum value from our infrastructure. This role combines deep technical expertise with customer success—you'll be the technical partner customers rely on to ship AI applications at scale.
Requirements
4+ years experience in solutions engineering, customer engineering, or technical consulting roles
Strong technical background with hands-on experience deploying ML systems in production
Deep understanding of AI/ML infrastructure: LLM serving, distributed training, GPU optimization
Experience with Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Proven ability to debug complex technical issues across distributed systems
Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to various audiences
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Experience with performance profiling, optimization, and capacity planning
Willingness to work flexible hours to support customers across time zones
Prior experience at an AI infrastructure company or high-growth technical startup is a plus
Responsibilities
Partner with customers to design and optimize their SGLang and Miles deployments for production workloads
Debug performance issues, latency bottlenecks, and integration challenges across the full stack
Create reference architectures and best practices tailored to customer use cases and constraints
Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for customer engineering teams
Provide pre-sales technical support: demos, proof-of-concepts, architecture reviews
Gather detailed product feedback and feature requests from production deployments
Work with engineering teams to reproduce customer issues and drive resolution
Build internal tools and runbooks that improve customer onboarding and troubleshooting
Track customer health metrics and proactively identify optimization opportunities
Create case studies documenting customer success stories and deployment patterns
Support customer migrations from other serving frameworks to SGLang
Collaborate with Sales team on technical aspects of customer engagements
Contribute to public documentation with insights from customer deployments

Compensation
We offer competitive compensation with significant equity, comprehensive health benefits, and flexible work arrangements. The US base salary range for this full-time position is: $160,000 - $220,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by location, level, and role. Individual compensation will be determined by experience, skills, and demonstrated success in technical customer-facing roles.
